Quinton Stuart is a newly formed Building Surveying Company offering a variety of services. It was formed in 2010 by myself, Derek Stuart, following 20yrs working within the commercial sector. The commercial side is larger and more complex, however the general principles also filter down into the domestic properties.
The aim of the Company is to work in both sectors, however I plan to concentrate
on offering design and project management services primarily within the domestic
sector, as I feel this can offer greater emotional rewards.
Working alongside some of the leading Architectural practices in the UK has helped to hone my design solutions to try and offer something unique. A simple box can always have a twist, that will make it that bit more special. I will not force my opinions onto my Clients, instead I prefer to work with them and tease out a solution that we can be proud of. Let your dreams become a reality!
